Data from CNO&TP 1912 Locomotive Diagrams, Clinch 1943ca Locomotive Diagrams supplied in May 2005 by Allen Stanley from his extensive Rail Data Exchange. See also DeGolyer, Volume 11, p. 227. Baldwin works numbers were 6862, 6867 in July 1883; 6894-6895 in August; 6947, 6959, 6964 in September; 6953, 6969 in October.

In December 1904, the Queen & Crescent Route employed Males & Company to sell the 585 to the Manistee & Grand Rapids. Gene Connelly's Baldwin production list shows that the M&GR sold the engine in November 1913 to the M&EW, which Connelly suggests was the Michigan East & West.

583 went to the scrapper in April 1913, 580-582, 584 were scrapped in December 1914.
