Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 17, p. 64 . Works number was 11996 in June 1891.

The Charles Lockhart started on the A & RM, where the rail weighed 35-lb/yard. By that time the line had 15 miles of road.

The 1 wound up on several logging roads beginning with Wilson & Wood, moving on to Albemarle Timber Company, then to Tunis Lumber. Nothing is known of its post-1913 activities.
