Class Bob (Locobase 12567)

The T & G was a 9-mile logging road that linked the stands of pine in northwest Louisiana to the junction with the Vicksburg, Shreveport & Pacific Railroad. With other branch lines, the T & G eventually covered 98.5 miles.

Bob was the first and smallest of the T & G's engines. After some service with the T & G, the 11 moved onto the Cartwright Logging Company. From there, the engine went to locomotive rebuilder/reseller Birmingham Rail & Locomotive. BR & L reconditioned the little six-wheeler and sold it to Arabi, Louisiana's Saint Bernard Cypress Company.
